Organizing Literacy For Parents and Their Students

When your student becomes an organizing engineer with our Document Organizing Assistant (DocOA™) Pocket Organizer, something amazing happens - they have an epiphany..."Hey, no matter what type of paper I create or receive in school, with my DocOA™, I have a place for everything, and everything goes into it's right place".

Voila - They are on the path to organizing literacy...building Actual Intelligence...and understanding how to leverage Artificial Intelligence. They'll accelerate academically and never look back.

Fill out the form and receive free credentials to evaluate the 3WEEK Organizing Literacy/DocOA tool building course.

Complete the course. Then I'll show you how to go even further with Advanced Organizing Literacy and STEM integration. If you're part of a SharkTank, I'll also show you how to integrate Utility Patenting into the project. It's all taught by Schwartz using The Schwartz Method (TSM).

I-P-O Theory of Organizing

When students understand the "input-process-output"  of organizing, they can focus on content and learning.  In so doing, they will be less anxious. They'll grow their actual intelligence, boost their productivity,  and get better grades.

STEM for Organizing Engineers

Every school in the country has adopted the STEM approach to teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Use DocOA in the STEM loop  as the student builds, tests, improves, and then uses their own DocOA™ organizer.

Parenting a student

As parent of a student as young as 8 (3rd grade) to 17 (12th grade), the opportunity to improve communication about school and learning begins with a shared understanding of organizing. Get this "right first time".  Download the I-P-O organizing diagram and the STEM loop process diagram. The first is the simple theory graphic that captures The Schwartz Method (TSM) for Input-Process-Output (I-P-O) workflow. The second is the STEM loop you can use to reinforce their organizing literacy skills. Take the 3WEEK Organizing Literacy course by filling out the above form. Use it with your student to finally get them organized once and for all...put them on the path to improved learning.

Go farther with STEM

What better project to pick for your STEM class than building, testing, patenting, marketing, and selling a DocOA organizing pocket system. Use the STEM approach at home to reinforce student use day-to-day/month-to-month...to get and stay organized. If  your school has a STEM program even better. Sometimes you can use their SHARK-TANK and have your student pick organizing as "the problem to solve". Then use the DocOA tools to demonstrate all the ins-and-outs of being an organizing engineer. Students that know how to handle all their school papers keep their binders and notebooks organized. They can put a document away in 3 seconds and find it at any time again in 3 seconds or less. They are less anxious, learn deeply, and get better grades.
